Manchester Triathlon Club AGM - UPDATED WITH AGENDA

This year's club AGM will be held on Monday 14th December 2009, at 7pm at Longford Park Running Track. The AGM will take place upstairs in the meeting rooms where a buffet will be supplied. Please come along and support your club as we will be discussing important issues relating to next year and the future of the club.

The agenda for the AGM is now available. Also attached is the revised constitution (see Agenda point 3).

It goes without saying that Manchester Triathlon Club would cease to function without the hard work of volunteers. For those members who wish to become more involved in Manchester Triathlon Club in 2010 please see the club Organisational Chart.

This chart maps the nominations and vacancies for the coming years committee and volunteer roles. A job description is attached for the roles which have not as yet received any nominations. If you are interested in any of the roles (including those for which a nomination already exists) or you would like further information, please advise either the Secretary secretary@man-tri-club.org.uk or the Chairman chairman@man-tri-club.org.uk. Should two or more people both want to fulfil the same role, a vote at the AGM will decide the filling of the post.
