MTC Warm Weather Training Camp 2012

The camp will be based at Kinetic PB who have converted a rowing center built in 2005 for an international championship into a training facility for endurance athletes.

I've been and visited the place and the training on offer is excellent. As there is an open water canal on site as well as a permanent transition area then doing specific brick sessions and races is very easy. A group of MTC coaches are going out to the facility over NY in order to get used to the swim, bike and run options in the area so that they can properly support the camp at the end of February.
