AGM - Monday 5th December
This year's club AGM will be held on Monday 5th December 2011, at 7pm at Longford Park Running Track (in the conference facilities upstairs). All Manchester Triathlon club's members are invited to attend and to help plan for the 2012 season. Please note that all normal training sessions will be cancelled on this date, we would like to encourage all members who can to attend the AGM.

It goes without saying that the club would cease to function without the ongoing hard work of volunteers. The current major volunteer posts outstanding for 2012 are:
- Welfare Officer
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Vice Chair
- Events Sub Committee (multiple people if possible, reporting to Events Coordinator)
- Social Media Officer (new position)
Additionally there are also other volunteer positions which are just as important to the running of the club. If you are interested in volunteering within the club, or you would like further information on what is involved, please advise either the secretary (secretary@man-tri-club.org.uk) or the chairman (chairman@man-tri-club.org.uk) in advance of the AGM.
Also if you have any proposals to raise at the AGM, please pass them to the club secretary within the next two weeks, so they can be placed on the agenda for discussion.
