Thursday evening Pool Side S&C cancelled

Due to issues with finding a suitable space we will have to cancel the poolside S&C work done on a Thursday evening from 20.00-20.30. This will apply immediately. The main issue is the changeover of the pool from 25 to 50m and the need to lay out the lane ropes along the area where the session would best be held. Instead the lead coach will be on pool side 10mins before the start of the session to deliver some mobility work to prepare members for the session. As this can be done stood up space will not be such an issue.
