 Comments from Rob King......

"During discussions on the use of noting swim times over various distances  - to understand how training is progressing  - the NW Regional Masters Long Distance Championships were targetted as pre-season event, held over race distances, at which 50m split times would be recorded. So it seemed an ideal opportunity to swim, compete, and put some of that winter training to the test - and also to  have some fun...

The meet itself was very relaxed, and Trafford Metro were very sociable - which made the day even more enjoyable.  All of us had a great day out.....and there was some mention of the sprint distance gala in June.."
