Man Tri Cycling Session at Tameside Circuit
On Saturday 11th December we will be holding our first club session at Tameside Cycling Circuit (weather depending!).

We have the track booked for 4 hours from 13.00-17.00 for both the Juniors and the Seniors. Nick Jones and Sean Williams will be leading the Junior session and Neil O'Brien and Alan Sheldon the senior session. As well as getting a good workout the aim is to develop peoples bunch riding skills and will include some mock racing. Keep an eye on the training section of the forum for more details:
If things go well we'll be holding a monthly session on the following dates:
