New S&C Programme for Man Tri members
To build on our circuit training and poolside injury prevention session we will be offering members a workshop and structured training programme in S&C training for triathletes. This will focus on the use of free weights to increase maximal functional strength and how to transfer those gains into power on the bike and pace when running and swimming.
