Training Camp - 23rd Feb 2012

This trip is open to ALL MTC members, whatever your triathlon experience or level of ability. Every member is entitled to invite upto one additional none member on the trip as long as there is space.
Kinetic PB (www.kineticpb.com) is a new triathlon training centre utilising 15 million euro training facility in the outskirts of the town of Cuevas de Almanzora, Southern Spain. The facility includes a 1.1km open water lake, 2.5km running/cycling trail around the lake, 25m swimming pool, a huge variety of running routes in and around the national park onto which the site borders and both on and off road cycling routes. The sea is just 12km away offering a third swimming option at any of the numerous beaches in the area. There is lodge style accomodation on site with 4-6 beds per room for those happy to share, alternatively we can use the near by Desert Springs PGA Golf Resort (www.desertsprings.co.uk) which would be perfect for couples or those that like alittle bit of luxury.
Another great reason to visit Kinetic PB is the weather:
- The most sunshine in all Andalucia
- The least rainfall in the whole of Spain
- The warmest and driest winter in all Europe
Nearer the time we will then put together a number of suggested schedules for different groups of athletes to best make use of the time. With it being the end of february then it will be a great time to get in some swim, bike and run miles whilst the weather is cold and wet back home!
1-2 x MTC coaches will be going along with the group to provide coaching support and make sure everything goes to plan. There will also be plenty of experienced members around to give people a hand.

Costs:
- Staying at Kinetic PB Lodge, 1 week = 325 Euros (exc flight)
- Staying at Desert Springs Apartment, 1 week = 375 Euros (exc flight)

- Transfers to/from Murcia airport - this presumes you are traveling on the flight mentioned above or an alternative flight that arrives/departs from Murcia at a simiar time so yo can take advantage of the group transfer.

- Acomodation: Kinetic PB Lodge or Desert Springs Resort
- Limited transport whilst at Kinetic PB to buy food, etc
- Organisation, Coaching Support, Lead Rides
- Flights - We suggest you book on the flight suggested above.

If you could then drop me an email to let me know you have posted a cheque and include the following information for each person you have booked for:
