Bike Position Setup

As a Triathlete, whatever your level of physical ability, you won't perform at your best without a safe, comfortable and efficient riding position.  To help you achieve this we run regular workshops for club members.

Draft Legal TT Position

This 2 hour workshop will be delivered in two halves.  The first, delivered by a member of the Man Tri coaching team, will look at guidelines for:

  • Setting a general riding position
  • Setting a time trial position
  • Setting up a time trial position on a road bike
  • Issues in selecting the correct size frame
  • Recording your riding position
As we aren't all put together the same in the second half, physio Paul Savage from Athlete Matters will consider:
  • Common issues and injuries related to bike fit
