Assistant Coach

Having been trained by some great coaches over the years I have experienced first hand what a good coach can do for you. I've represented Great Britain at Age-Group level and have been ranked consistently top 3 in age group and in 2007 was ranked 4th overall in National rankings and have previously won the Northwest series.
My experience as an athlete, science background and interest in sports science, made a move into coaching an obvious progression. I still hold many aims as an athlete but am also motivated to help others achieve their triathlon goals.
