Lee Holland
Swim Coach
I'm a Level 3 qualified ASA swim coach. As a competitive swimmer I carried on competing until I left University at 21. When the time came to look for a "proper job" I was very lucky to step straight into the assistant coach's job at Salford Swimming Club.
I've only competed in the Fun races at tri comps or swim relays so far as I'm still relatively new to the sport, but I'm planning on doing more races in the future.
As a swimmer, my proudest moment was breaking the British Masters Record for 200m Backstroke and coming 3rd at the 2000 Olympic trials in the 100m Backstroke.
As a coach, my proudest moment was seeing one of my swimmers win a British title in 100m Fly this summer at the National Champs.
