Reason for Starting Coaching

To improve my own performance and develop my coaching skills so I can become a fully qualified swim teacher. I also get a great sense of satisfaction from helping others reach their goal whether it be learning to swim or develop their technique.

Reason for starting triathlon

Maybe not the best reason but my husband had started competing and after some persuasion and lots of early starts to watch races I decided to have a go myself and really really enjoyed it.

Best Moment in a race

Probably completing the bike course on the Rossendale Tri course 15 minutes faster than I expected too! Big achievement for me a biking is pretty weak.
