Karen Elly Masters GB Records!

If there's one certainly in life then you can be sure that when Karen Elly, MTC's Lane One swimmer, takes part in National Championships then records are gonna tumble!

At the GB Masters Championships in Manchester Karen swam in the 1500m and 800m, came first in both and recorded times of 19:47 and 10:23. British records! Go girl! Needless to say she also excelled in various other races which all adds up to excellent preparation for the World Masters Championships she's involved with in Stanford USA in August 2006.

Mention must also be made of great swims by Rob Arnold and Edwin Lace in the 1500m (19:06 & 22:38 respectively) and a strong 800m by Rob in 9:55.
