Junior Triathlon Race Results

Knutsford Leisure Centre Sunday 10th July 2011

Thanks to everyone who supported our 2nd junior triathlon at Knutsford, it was great to see so many children completing a triathlon for the first time.

For the more competitive there was some great racing with the grass course making for challenging but safe bike course. For the most part the rain held off - I was inside for the big downpour!

You will find the provisional results below. Unfortunately a few people didn't complete the correct number of bike laps - it's always difficult counting laps both for the competitors and the marshals and this year we positioned the timing mat to capture the time for each lap to make it easier for the marshals. I know of no other way to make it simpler for competitors!

Constructive feedback is always valuable - we made some minor changes based on feedback from last years race so please provide any to juniors@man-tri-club.org.uk . If you had a great race please let us know!
