Part 1: Podium Reward

The committee has agreed to fund a refund of race fees for excellent performances during the season.

• Podium (1st, 2nd or 3rd finish) in a National Triathlon - 100% refund
• Podium finish in your age group in a National triathlon - 75% refund
• Podium finish in a non national - 75%
• Podium finish in your age group for a non- National - 50%

The conditions are: -

• Must wear MTC race kit
• Photo of you racing in MTC kit and collecting prize. (for the web site)
• Minimum of 15 people racing in your age group
• Payout is capped at your membership fee for the year

Part 2: Most Improved

The committee also agreed within the Excellence Award to offer a race refund scheme for members racing in MTC kit who

• raced for MTC in race kit
• achieve most improved male/female at selected North West races
• Pool prize for those who have entered their first triathlon

In this way every member of the club who races for MTC in race kit has an opportunity to participate and win a prize!

Unclaimed awards - Charity

For those of you who prefer or for prizes unclaimed the club will donate to a charity to be decided by the committee but Christies has been suggested. In addition at the end of season bash there will be an additional fund raiser for the charity.
