Next hill session is Monday 8th with possible special guest

As well as the Wednesday track sessions and Nick’s Sunday Scrambles (14/1, 11/2, 11/3, 8/4 – for full details of both of these, see the main website), a few people have requested some more hill interval training sessions. These will be on a Monday at 18:30, and to avoid clashing with the Sunday scrambles and popular local half marathons the dates are as follows:-
Monday 8th January 18:30 - Cheadle Royal
Meet in the Sainsburys/ John Lewis car park. Exit A34 signposted Cheadle Royal, at the first roundabout, follow signs to Cheadle Royal/Heald Green and then take the first exit off the second roundabout. When entering Sainsburys and JL, stay in the left hand lane, and just after the two lanes split, park in the first parking you see on the right hand side. Multimap link below for those who don’t know where Cheadle Royal is.

Monday 29th January 18:30 – Handforth (full details will go on the forum)
Monday 19th February 18:30 – Alderley Edge (full details will go on the forum)
Monday 5th March 18:30 - TBD
Monday 19th March 18:30 – TBD

All standards welcome!

Have a great Christmas everyone, and see you in the New Year
Cheers,

Jonathan

..Top session Dabbsy.... thanks again!

It's an ace, sharp session for all standards.. as you can power or plod up the inclines (they're not really hills..as in the Pennines..well apart form when we visit Alderley!!) as much or as little as you want!! You certainly get a good return for a short-ish session! :D

Look forward to the next one!
Cheers Sonia
