Turbo's are go

Postby Rob Harvey » Mon Nov 03, 2008 9:09 pm

Hi,

Just a reminder that the MTC winter turbo sessions are now back every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Details can be found on the MTC Google Calendar.

Tues: Moss Side 20:00-21:00 (Paul Skipper / Paul Taylor)
Fri: Stretford 19:30-21:00 (Paul Taylor / Rob Harvey)
Sat: Moss Side 10:00-11:00 (Tim Johns / Guy Dobson)

Details of the full training programme can be found on the following post on the training section of the forum:

viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2708

If you want to know what a turbo session is, what you need to bring and all that sort of stuff read the attached activity card.

Are there facilities to leave the turbo trainers at Moss side now?

There's a small problem with a lack of lock for the cages at the moment, but I think that is in the process of being sorted.

If it's simply a matter of some kind of padlock I'm sure my wife would happily donate one to 'get that f*@%ing turbo out of the house' :)
